Refunds may be issued under these conditions:
- Work has not yet started on the project
- A technical failure prevents delivery of services
- Refund request made within 7 days of payment and approved by our team
2.2 Non-Refundable Cases
- Services already rendered or campaigns already launched
- Delays caused by client-side inaction or lack of communication
- Third-party service fees (e.g., ad spend, tools) already utilized
2.3 Cancellation Policy
- Service contracts can be cancelled with a 7-day written notice.
- For monthly/recurring services, cancellation must be made before the next billing cycle.
