Refund and Cancellation Policy

2.1 Refund Conditions

Refunds may be issued under these conditions:

  • Work has not yet started on the project
  • A technical failure prevents delivery of services
  • Refund request made within 7 days of payment and approved by our team

2.2 Non-Refundable Cases

  • Services already rendered or campaigns already launched
  • Delays caused by client-side inaction or lack of communication
  • Third-party service fees (e.g., ad spend, tools) already utilized

2.3 Cancellation Policy

  • Service contracts can be cancelled with a 7-day written notice.
  • For monthly/recurring services, cancellation must be made before the next billing cycle.
